We're offering Free delivery to all orders within the contiguous United States.
We currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States. We offer free FedEx, UPS, or USPS shipping and free taxes to locations within the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S.Vrigin Islands or to Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment,but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.
When will I get my art?
Front Door items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 4-8 business days. Some items which temporarily out of stock may take longer, estimated to be 10-24 business days,and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. You can find the Estimated Delivery Date instructions on each product page.
Delivery Time : Processing Time+Shipping Time
1.Order processing time: the time we prepare your order for shipment. We will process all orders as quickly as possible, the processing time for most orders is 1-3 Business days.
2. Shipping time: The time to arrive after your order has shipped. Shipping times might vary depending on your shipping location,shipping methods and the product stock status. Items in stock typically arrive within 4-8 business days. Some products not in stock will arrive in 10-24 business day.

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact us to change the address. Changing order information may delay the shipment. You will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order due to the incorrect shipping address provided.
How to track my package?
1.As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
2.Visit the page https://charmdec.com/tools/order-tracking, and enter the tracking number, then click the “TRACK” button; the tracking result will be presented to you directly. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
