We are working to ensure you will have the good quality artworks we could offer! We're sorry you're not satisfied with your product. We will accept returns and exchanges of arts in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Start a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange your artwork:
1. Email us to service@charmdec.com, along with the proof of purchase: order number, the reason you're returning the item, photos of the item and its box, return or exchange preferred (if exchange, let us know which item and size).
2. You will be assisted as soon as we are notified and your return label will be sent via email.
3. You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days, and it may take longer in weekend or holiday. We will email you once processing your refund and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4.When the artwork is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, customer is responsible for actual cost of return shipping and taxes.

About Refund
1.If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the artworks , equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
2.If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the artwork is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the refund’s amount, from the original cost of the artworks. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may go to order a query or go through this.
